Learn and Discover

At the end of the First Quarter in our TLE subject. I'm learning something. There are many things we have learned. I love computer, so I am very excited to explore and discover the world of Internet, The BLOG and the World Wide Web (WWW). In this subject, I learned how to create my own blog, which I didn't know before, and I can only hear it from my friends and now I've got it, and in this blog we post our activities.

The problem which I considered as a challenge which I have encountered is when were doing our activities and it is hard for us to get the answer in the internet because there are so many results found, and we have to analyze and to make sure that the answer we supposed to get was the best answer.

As a student, we must have a self-confident and we must be careful in using the computer even though sometimes its not functioning well, because if accidentally we might destroy it.

Moving on I will be able to apply the things we have learned and share it to other people for them to know something about it, and when I commit mistake, I have to improve myself and my activities and projects just not to make mistakes again.

English or Filipino

Speaking English or Filipino properly with kindness is very important. it is use in order to understand one another, but we must speak properly with kindness so that there will be no quarelling.

English is so called the international language. Why? because were using it in communicating to someone easily and to understand one another. It is also the language of Science and Technology, development and business. Were using it in getting a job so we must practice ourselves speaking english. In speaking English, sometimes we failed in other word our Grammar is Incorrect, were trying to check our Grammar so that it will be correct. We're doing everything just not to be embarassed to the people were talking to.

Filipino language must also be practice, because were also using it in communicating. In this language we were also understand one another easily and it is easier to speak in Filipino than the other language, so we must enhanced ourselvers so that it will be better in communicating.

It is Nutrition Month once again, and through some months have gone by, it is never too late to go for something we've always wanted-a new healthier way of life. The joy of healthy living is in the healthy choices we make everyday. We need to consider that more than half of all illness and death among young children is caused by germs which get into child's mouth by a food and water.

But how can we prevent these illnesses? Just how do we start?
First, watch what we eat. The Food Pyramid is our guide to healthy eating. The more colorful our plate, the healthier our food is. The Fruits and Vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that the body needs for all its function. Eating healthy allows you to look great and feel great ready to confidently take on anything and everything to acchieve other goals.

So why not eat healthy and be healthy and improve our chances of living longer. If you have not started it yet do it now! Don't wait for tomorrow for we don't know if tomorrow will still come. Life here on earth is too short. We need to be strong and healthy so that we can say that we belong to a healthy country.
